Aime Pelatan is the Founder of Sportrating, LTD. He brings over 30 years of International Law experience to the Team Sport Arena.

He found there was a real need for recruiters and teams to find unknown talent in an easier way. In addition, many of the unknown athletes wanted to be known.

He knew if this service could be provided on the Internet this would open the door to athletes worldwide.

The Pelatan Formulas were developed after years of study, calculation, testing, consultation with coaches, and continual refinement. AllSportRating was introduced to athletes five years ago and have been used repeatedly since that time to validate the accuracy of the formulas. 

Joe Francis is Co-Founder of Sportrating, LTD and brings many years of business expertise to the business.  Together they provide great leadership and are here to help everyone find success.

AllSportRating now provides ASR AWARDS to young athletes for use for expenses incurred for playing their sports and to older athletes for use at colleges and universities.  The AWARD will be given to the athlete’s team or school in their name.  The athlete will write an essay about, “Why I Should Be Recognized.”  UNLIMITED numbers of athletes will WIN ASR AWARDS of $250, $500, $750, $1000….up to $2000!
