There are numbers of companies that will put an athlete's information on a web site. Why should I register with AllSportRating?

AllSportRating using the proven “Pelatan Formulas” is able to numerically rate your athletic portfolio so you can be objectively compared to other team sport athletes in the same position anywhere in the world.

Because coaches are unable to visit all potential players in person, they need a formal, objective assessment of your entire athletic portfolio. The numerical rating provided by our company makes it very easy for coaches to determine your value, compared to another prospective player. AllSportRating's service has eliminated the need to spend an inordinate amount of time, effort, and money to assess your complete portfolio, which is a tremendous help to both you and the coaching staff.

AllSportRating also provides you with a peer rating. This rating ranges from 1 to 6 stars and depends not only on your stats, but is also influenced by this peer rating. This further solidifies recognition of your abilities and performance.

AllSportRating helps you increase your awareness by key people in the sports industry by providing you with a professional web site. The web site contains your rating, picture, photo gallery, 3 five minute videos, performance, and related accomplishments, printable trading cards, a data base search for coaches, resume page and so much more. You can send the link of your web site to anyone for viewing. Teams, Coaches, Universities, and others who subscribe to AllSportRating's database have access to your information.

AllSportRating Offers ASR AWARDS!

There will be MANY--$250, $500, $750, $1000..up to $2000 AWARDS given for each rated sport!

Get your web site and write a one page essay on,
“Why I Should Be Recognized”.

There will be 2 types of ASR AWARDS given. One will be given to young athletes for use in playing their sport.  The ASR AWARDS will be given to the winner's team in their name.  The winner can use this award for the cost of playing their sport, the cost of uniforms, travel, and so on.

For Older Athletes, the award can be used for expenses for playing their sport or can be used for use at Colleges and Universities and will be given to the school in their name.

How do I know the rating formulas are accurate?

The formulas were developed after years of study, calculation, testing, consultation with coaches, and modification. They were introduced to athletes five years ago and have been used repeatedly since then to validate their accuracy. Thousands of athletes in numerous countries around the world are currently registered with AllSportRating and use its services to promote their athletic portfolio.
 
What if I play more than one position in a sport?

When you register in a certain sport with AllSportRating, you are able to identify a primary and secondary position for it. You receive one rating, not two, for that sport; however, the secondary position is figured as a “plus” and is weighted into the rating for the primary position.

 I'm not one of the “stars” on my team. Why should I register?

Just because you don't consider yourself a “star” doesn't mean you don't have the abilities and skills desired by an organization. There are MANY great athletes who go unnoticed every year by organizations because those groups have only enough resources to spend on scouting a few athletes. The remaining athletes must take it upon themselves to make their names known to organizations. Until now, this was an almost overwhelming and time-consuming task. With AllSportRating, your ability to promote yourself and be seen by the right people becomes much easier. Now, you can get your name in front of those you want with less time, effort, and monetary investment.

I'm not trying to get a scholarship or get recruited by an organization.  Why should I register with All Sport Rating?

As an athlete, you understand the importance of goal setting to spur you on to improve your performance. Even if your goals do not include being recruited, you can still use AllSportRating's system as a barometer by which to measure improvement in your athletic performance. Being able to watch your rating improve as a result of hard work and continued focus on building your skills is a great incentive to continue performing in your sport.

How do I register if I don't have a credit card?

You can get your parents, grandparents, guardian or friend to use their credit card. If this is an issue, please contact AllSportRating at: contact@sportrating.com  to work out an alternative payment arrangement.

I'd like to register, but I don't have the money. Is there any way to get help with the fee?

Yes. We'd like to first suggest that you explore the possibility of obtaining a corporate sponsor. We've set up the athlete's web site to allow a corporate sponsor to place its company logo/ad on the page in return for underwriting your registration fee.  The sponsor can also have an ad on your web site.    They can even print a coupon or ad on the back of your trading card, if you want.

Another option is to contact AllSportRating at: contact@SportRating.com and request assistance with the fee. AllSportRating has established a foundation, FESTA – the Foundation for Educational Support through Athletics – to assist deserving athletes with obstacles such as these.

What is FESTA?

It is an acronym for a foundation that has been set up by AllSportRating. Its name is the Foundation for Educational Support through Athletics. Its purpose is to provide monetary assistance for deserving athletes for a variety of needs.

Once I register and put in my current stats, can I update them?

Yes. You have UNLIMITED updates. Updates will appear in a timely manner on your web site.

Which sports do you rate?

AllSportRating rates most sports. Currently, there are over 30 listed.  It is our goal to help all athletes find success.  If you do not see your sport listed and you would like to have a web site, email contact@sportrating.com

Can I register for more than one sport?

With the Premium Web Site, your fee includes registration in one sport. This registration includes identification of a primary and secondary position. If you'd like to register in more than one sport, you can do so. You will incur a $125 US fee for each sport in which you register with a Premium Web Site.   You will need a different email address for each sport you registered in.                           

How do those I want to see my web site do that?

You can send the link of your web site to anyone you wish to view your athletic portfolio. They will be able to access your site without subscribing to AllSport- Rating's service. Those who subscribe to the service will be able to access your information as well as that of other athletes.

Do I need to do anything else to promote myself with coaches, scouts, etc.?

Yes, you need to understand that even though you are a great athlete, you must be proactive. The first step is to secure the services of AllSportRating to get sport rated and to generate your own web site. We also have a step by step parent's guide, “Sports After High School”, that will show you how to become proactive and can enhance the number of opportunities you may have.  This guide will show you when and what to do to become recruited into college.

Armed with these tools, you can now take action, so that the schools in which you are interested are aware of you!  As a value-added service, AllSportRating will help you identify specific steps to take to promote yourself.  With the website, you will have a professional way to promote yourself.  You can keep your stats on the web site from year to year and coaches and others can see how you progressed.

Does AllSportRating offer other services to athletes?

AllSportRating plans to offer a variety of services to athletes, including a credit union and assistance with issues that arise due to relocation, etc. Those services aren't currently available, but will be offered in the near future. AllSportRating has just published a Parent's Guide, “Sports After High School”, A Parent Guide To Understanding The College Sports Recruiting Process. AllSportRating will be adding other tools to help athletes find success. AllSportRating will keep you apprised as they are activated.
